Who can Join?

Membership is open to:

Registered farmers’ cooperatives
Accredited agricultural associations
Organizations engaged in farming, production, or agri-related activities
All applicants must be willing to support the vision, mission, and programs of the federation.

Membership Requirements

To apply for membership, interested cooperatives must submit:

Letter of Intent to join the federation
Board Resolution approving membership
General Assembly Resolution expressing intent to join
Copy of CDA Registration Certificate
Updated list of officers and members
Proof of payment of membership fee and share capital

How to become a member

Submit Application
Provide all required documents to the federation office.
Evaluation
Applications will be reviewed for completeness and compliance.
Approval
Qualified applicants will be endorsed for approval.
Orientation
Attend a membership orientation or briefing session.
Official Membership
Upon approval and compliance, your cooperative becomes an official member.
